Central Region’s Healthy Eating Workshop

LET’S EAT!!! February 8, 2024, 6pm to 8pm @ UMFS Auditorium, Project LIFE and Virginia Cooperative Extension will host a COOKING LED Instructional Workshop focusing on healthy eating on a budget.

Everyone should have access to healthy, nutritious food. The Virginia Family Nutrition Program encourages Virginians to eat smart by making healthy food lifestyle choices. Learn how to plan and cook healthy snacks and meals on a budget.
